Our educational programs go beyond instruction to create coaching and community opportunities that bring participants and volunteers together in a collaborative, welcoming environment. Our commitment to reaching participants in underserved and underrepresented communities ensures that we’re bringing programs to groups that haven’t always had access.
Our evolving programs were designed to increase the sales of Good Food, facilitate financing for food and farm businesses, and inspire entrepreneurs and NGOs toward greater innovation. Our vision is Good Food On Every Table, with healthy, local and sustainable food available to all regardless of demographics, geography and economic circumstances.
GOOD FOOD ACCELERATOR (GFA)
GFA brings good food-focused entrepreneurs together for cohort programs, learning sessions and networking opportunities. Our experienced volunteer advisors provide mentoring, instruction and on-demand coaching, playing a critical role in helping these talented leaders grow their businesses.
GOOD FOOD ACCELERATOR
The Good Food Accelerator is a membership program that offers Good Food businesses educational resources, business opportunities, and access to a community of mentors and peers. Our organization facilitates two cohort programs: Go To Market and Accelerate for Growth. In both programs, participating entrepreneurs work together in an immersive learning environment to realize their business venture. In addition to our cohort programs, GFA provides classes, community workshops, panels, activities, and networking opportunities for its members.
Our Farmer Training program brings important knowledge to small- and mid-size farmers across the country through classes and workshops that take place in their communities. These learning opportunities are supported by manuals that can help farmers understand food safety requirements and wholesale sales.
