GOOD FOOD ACCELERATOR (GFA)
GFA brings good food-focused entrepreneurs together for cohort programs, learning sessions and networking opportunities. Our experienced volunteer advisors provide mentoring, instruction and on-demand coaching, playing a critical role in helping these talented leaders grow their businesses.

GOOD FOOD IS GOOD MEDICINE
GFGM combines community-listening, collaborative curriculum, cooking and coaching in a creative program focused on reducing high instances of diet-related diseases while moderating related health costs in Chicago’s underserved communities. In its initial launch, GFGM will focus on Englewood, North and South Lawndale, with plans to expand into East and West Garfield Park, Washington Park and Austin. Program offerings will include free cooking classes and connections to informational resources: resources: open dialogues with doctors and dietitians, free exercise programs, mindfulness/stress workshops, and more. The program also works to resolve food insecurity by connecting participants to food pantries, Love Fridges, and free access to medically-tailored prepared meals.
